Welcome to Via del Mare Residence. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required payment has been received.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including their name, contact details, number of guests, and arrival and departure dates. Please note there is a minimum stay of 2 nights. For December Full Moon there is a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Guests are kindly requested to inform Via del Mare Residence of their expected arrival time in advance.
2. Payment
Payment must be made by international bank transfer prior to arrival. Banking information and transfer instructions will be provided to guests by email after the reservation is confirmed.
Any applicable bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest unless otherwise agreed.
3. Check-In & Identification
Guests are required to present a valid photo ID, such as a passport, and the credit card used for the reservation, where applicable, upon check-in.
Guests under the age of 18 may only check in when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Standard check-in and check-out times will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
4. Damage Deposit
A THB 1,000 damage deposit is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash.
The deposit will be returned upon check-out, provided there is no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of the guest's stay.
5. Special Requests
All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests are encouraged to inform Via del Mare Residence of any special requirements or requests as early as possible.
6. Noise & Surroundings
Via del Mare Residence is located in the lively area of Haad Rin. Guests may experience noise or disturbance from loud music, live music, nearby bars, restaurants, and other entertainment venues, which may continue until approximately 2:00 AM.
We recommend that guests consider this when choosing our property, particularly if they prefer a quiet environment.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the rate and booking terms selected at the time of reservation.
Where a booking is non-refundable, the amount paid will not be refundable in the event of cancellation or failure to arrive.
For refundable bookings, cancellations must be made within the stated cancellation period to avoid applicable charges.
8. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, other guests, and surrounding community.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their actions or negligence during their stay.
The property reserves the right to charge reasonable costs for damage or loss caused by a guest.
9. Occupancy
Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay in the accommodation unless prior approval has been obtained.
Additional guests may be subject to availability and additional charges.
10. Parties & Events
This property does not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar parties or events.
Guests are expected to maintain reasonable behavior and respect the comfort and privacy of other guests and the surrounding community.
Illegal activity, excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or behavior that negatively affects other guests may result in termination of the stay without refund, where permitted by applicable law.
11. Property Rules
Guests must follow all reasonable property rules and safety instructions.
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or other designated non-smoking areas.
12. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
Via del Mare Residence is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Guests should take reasonable precautions and use any available secure storage facilities where provided.
13. Facilities & Services
Facilities and services are provided subject to availability. From time to time, certain facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather, safety requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to guests.
14. Force Majeure
Via del Mare Residence will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing accommodation or services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, power or utility interruptions, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
15. Changes to Reservations
Requests to change dates, room types, or other booking details are subject to availability and the terms of the original reservation.
Any applicable price difference or additional charge may apply.
16. Privacy
Personal information provided during the reservation and stay will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Thai data protection laws.
17. Changes to These Terms
Via del Mare Residence reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this website and will apply to future reservations unless otherwise required by law.
