At Via del Mare Residence, all reservations are non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
However, guests may request to change their room or accommodation type, subject to availability. Any difference in price may apply, and room changes must be arranged with Via del Mare Residence in advance.
We understand that travel plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests whenever possible.
